AIBC Thailand

AIBC organised study tours that saw Auntie O accompanying young Thai students to major study destinations across the world.

AIBC Thailand was established in 2002, shortly after its founder, Mrs Siriwimol (Siri, PO or Auntie O as shes affectionately known) Sithiprasasana, made the decision to relinquish ownership of KiddyKare, one of Bangkoks first large-scale international kindergartens, in order to pursue new endeavours. Over the next 10 years, AIBC organised study tours that saw Auntie O accompanying young Thai students to major study destinations across the world.

The core focus shifted to UK Boarding School recruitment as well as Easter & Summer Holiday Courses, Intensive English language Courses and Short-Term Boarding School Stays (otherwise known as Sit-Ins or Extended Tasters).

Two years later, AIBC Thailand moved to a new home-office set up in Prawet, a leafy and quiet district on the outskirts of Bangkok and a mere 15 minutes from Thailands main airport hub, Suvarnabhumi. This has and continues to allow company representatives to provide all manners of support for both inbound and outbound students.

The business has continued to blossom over this period with extensive periods of time spent in the United Kingdom building and nurturing boarding school partnerships. The support team has also expanded and without which, an operation of this size would be unable to function as (relatively!) smoothly as it does.

AIBC Thailand is a member of the Thailand International Education Consultants Association (TIECA), the British Boarding Schools Network (BBSN) and has previously attended British Boarding School Workshops in the United Kingdom.

AIBC Thailand has been accredited by the British Council (Thailand) and routinely joins their organised briefings on UK visa processes and updates on international education.
